must be on file with AQHA and updated annually.
2. Individual
youth members may participate at the AQHYA World Championship Show;
however, they must represent the country in which they reside. If
participating in the AQHYA World Championship Show, the individual

by that date). Absolutely no late entries will be accepted and no
entries will be accepted via telephone. An entry packet will be
provided to each countries’ affiliated association youth adviser.
5.
Individuals leasing horses or bringing their own, via transporting,
are responsible for the horse’s feed, bedding and other maintenance
costs required. AQHA is not responsible for the care, safety or
management of these horses at any time. Horses being leased must
meet all health requirements as outlined in AQHYA World Championship
Show rules and regulations.
6. Horses
acquired for international competitors may not be nationally
qualified in the United States or Canada for the AQHYA World
Championship Show. In addition, horses secured for competition at
the AQHYA World Show by an international exhibitor may not compete in
the same event at the AQHA World Championship Show or the Bayer
Select World Show. (For example a horse leased to compete in western
riding for the AQHYA World Championship Show may not be used in
western riding at the AQHA World Championship Show or the Bayer
Select World Show).
7. Two
horses will be allowed per rider. Stallions are strictly prohibited.

Quarter Horse Association will apply.
FEES
10. Fees
for international Youth members will be the same as nationally
qualified individuals. (To be paid in U.S. dollars)
11. All
fees, including stall and entry fees, must be sent to AQHA in one
check or money order by the team adult adviser. No fees will be
accepted from individual team members.
RESIDENCY
12. Team
representatives must be bona fide residents of the country they are
representing. Residency is determined by the state or country of
domicile of the parents or court appointed guardian, which is the
country where such persons actually reside, having intent to make it
their permanent home.
13.
Individual youth may serve as representatives of a country in which
they
are not a bona fide resident
only in the case where there does not already exist in their
country an affiliated
AQHYA association. In that case, those youth must
represent a country affiliate which borders their
own country, and must have
the permission of the bordering country’s adult adviser or youth
president.
