Tuesday, March 18, 2008, The Eastershow at Kreuth (Germany) opens the
reining season there. With more than 850 nominations, this Eastershow
is the second biggest since its beginning in 2001. One of the
highlights is the second international CRI of the year in Germany.
22 Competitors nominated for CRI
22
horse-rider-combinations have been nominated for this CRI, among them
one from the Czech Republic: Pavel Orel astride STAR LINE KING. The
list of the competitors promises exciting rides. There will be Sylvia
Rzepka and DOCTOR ZIP NIC who won the first CRI at Bremen a few weeks
ago. Also, three members of the German gold team of the European
Championship 2007 will be there: Nico Hoermann, Steffen Breug and
Grischa Ludwig – all three with two horses each. Then there will
be the German Champion, NRHA Breeders Derby and Futurity Champion
2007 Volker Schmitt astride ARC SURPRISE OAK. Oliver Stein saddles
three horses, among them SES SMART POCO CHEX, the stallion he won the
Championship of the 5-year-old reining horse with last year. NRHA
Breeders Derby Reserve Champion 2007 Nina Lill rides two horses,
among them her Derby horse LENA CIELO JEWEL. Italian Maturity
Champion Interm. Open Daniel Schloemer will compete with two horses
as well. German Champion Alexander Ripper, NRHA Breeders Derby
Champion Sabrina Schwab, Birgit Bayer and Tanja Waida nominated one
horse each.
The
CRI is scheduled for Saturday, March 22, 2008 at about 6 p.m. The Vet
Check will be at 10 a.m.
The
Easter show starts next Tuesday (March 18) and will end on Sunday
(March 23). On Monday there will be a Paid Warm Up for the
