Thanks to all of you, we have enjoyed
some very successful assessment clinics- which have now been
completed. Hope all of you had a great time, made new friends, and
learned lots!! I think you ALL did a great job and each of you
should be very proud of yourselves!! The assessment results will be
posted under the membership section of the AQHA UK website.
I have
taken the three highest scores from the assessments. It will be YOUR
responsibility to check your scores in case of a mistake.

Andrew Fox, Lee Rutter, David Deptford, and Alison James for being
our assessors at the clinics.
The next part will be the qualifying
classes. This section of qualifying will count as 60% of your total
score. Qualifying classes will be held at each of the East Coast
Circuits and the Breed Show. East Coast Circuit have called them
‘Youth Team Selection
East Coast Circuit qualifiers will have
TWO sets of qualifying classes per circuit (one set on Sat and one on
Sun), the Breed Show will have ONE set of qualifying classes. A set
of qualifying classes consist of: Showmanship, Horsemanship and Hunt
Seat Equitation (please note that these classes are judged upon your
riding/showing ability). For points, the FIVE best shows will be
counted towards your total score.
Again, it is your responsibility to
maintain the show log (can be downloaded from AQHA UK website). All
information must be submitted to Christy Leach by 15 Oct 2007.
