AQHA.UK JOURNAL ADVERTISEMENT ARTWORK CHARGES
Please note that all advertisement artwork should be sent in file
formats which carry the file extensions .PDF .JPG .PSD in the same size
or proportion as booked. This will enable us to place the
advertisement directly into the page make up program, thereby reducing
production cost and speeding up production.
If however, this is not possible, it is regrettable that a nominal Artwork Charge will be levied to the advertiser.
Artwork charges will be added to the invoice sent for the advertisement.
Artwork Charges – AQHA.UK Members:
Changes to existing ads all sizes – eg text or pictures – no design changes: £15.00
Completely new artwork – full and half page design and putting together ad: £40.00
Completely new artwork – Quarter Page - £20.00
Artwork Charges – Non AQHA.UK Members
Changes to existing ads all sizes – eg text or pictures – no design changes: £25.00
Completely new artwork – full and half page design and putting together ad: £65.00

Please note “bleed” means the advertisement will run to the edge of the page, ie not have a white border around it.
Double page spread with bleed (min.3mm bleed all around ad) - 426mm (width) x 305mm(depth)
Full page with bleed (min.3mm bleed all around ad) - 216mm (width) x 305mm(depth)
Full page without bleed 188mm(width) x 272mm (depth)
Half Page (landscape) 188mm(width) x 134mm(depth)
Half page (portrait) 91mm(width) x 272mm(depth)
Quarter page 91mm(width) x 134mm(depth)
