My name is Andrew Plant and I am seventeen years of age and have been around horses all my life. I started off with two little Dartmoor ponies, and about eight years ago I got a Pinto mare and was helped by a good friend Lou Fryer, to train her Western. I then spent some time working with Sam Mag Delano in my school holidays and I am now an apprentice horse trainer working at Sovereign Quarter Horses for David Deptford. In 2005 I won Youth Western Pleasure Champion, along with two Novice Youth Pleasure wins. My future ambition is to become the best I can in the career I have chosen to pursue.
