More Money Available for
Representing Your Country
The American Quarter Horse Journal,
March 2, 2010 – At the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games,
it’s all about the teams, the countries they represent and the money that can be
won.
To increase reining team
participation in the Games, the Federation Equestre Internationale has approved
deepening the prize-money payout. This year, the team reining competition will
pay a $100,000 purse to 15 places. Countries that haven’t yet met the FEI
requirements for a full team can still apply for wild-card
status.

Major Changes to AQHA Registration Certificates |
|
|
|
new certificate 10/11/2009,12:03
Effective immediately
AQHA registration certificates have a new look - please see the attached. The
new certificates are no longer blue but brown in color and are printed
horizontally instead of vertically. On the back side we have room for up to
five pictures of the horse for identifying
markings.
Please take note of the
AQHA seal placed on the lower right hand corner of the front of the certificate
(see arrow). When held in your hand, the seal will disappear. This identifying
mark will help owners distinguish between an original certificate or a forged
one.
AQHA informs us that if you would like to change your existing certificate for one of these new ones, this can be done. You should contact AQHA in the USA directly (www.aqha.com).
