was a momentous day for the future of British equestrianism as Defra
and the British Equestrian Federation (BEF) signed a contract passing
the management and development of the National Equine Database (NED)
into the hands of the BEF.

Welcome To The New Journal Editor. |

We are very lucky to have Sally Payne taking over the reins as our
new Editor of our quarterly Magazine, the AQHA UK Journal. Remember,
the Editor position is yet another voluntary post taken on by someone
passionate about our breed of horse. The AQHA UK website took the
opportunity to ask Sally to write to introduce herself to the members
of AQHA UK...... (we'll get a picture of her soon too, she's just being
shy....!)

2008 International Horsemanship Camp |

This years International Horsemanship Camp will be held at Penkridge -Rodbaston College on July 16 -
20th. This is your chance to work with students and lecturers form some of the top equine

AQHA UK are compiling an email mailing list to enable the Association to save postage costs and increase efficiency by sending out notices, news, information and updates by electronic email rather than post where possible. If you have not logged in to the members area and added your email address to your profile, we would like to encourage
you to do so as soon as possible.
Please be aware, in accordance with Data Protection Laws, your email address can not be viewed by other members.
There is, however, a facility to "find other members" by name and send a personal email via a form, again, at no point is your email address visible to another member.
