AQHA UK have teamed up with Three Bars Ranch in British Columbia, Canada to offer one lucky member a 7 night holiday at the Three Bars Guest Ranch in British Columbia Canada (flights are not included). Additional guests can be booked in at the Ranch at the normal rate. The 7 night holiday must be taken in June 2009 - there are no cash alternatives.
The holiday includes log cabin accommodation, three meals a day during stay and breakfast on check out day, guided horseback riding every morning and afternoon, guided hikes, mountain biking, tennis, indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, mapped hiking trails, fly fishing equipment (fishing season opens June 15th on the river) Evening entertainment this time of year tends to be more social and relaxed with campfires. Transfer to and from Cranbrook Regional Airport is included. Any additional off ranch trips are not included but can be arranged by the ranch at additional cost.
How to enter
It's simple!
- Log in to the "Members only area"
- Update your member profile by clicking on the "My Account" menu and then clicking on Edit to update your profile.
- Look at the "Members Only News" and you will see three simple questions.
All entries will be collected and the winner will be drawn from a hat at the AQHA UK Breed Show and Rambo Quarter Horse Championships and Blue Profile Futurities in September. Only one entry per member.

2008 Register of Merits - Amateur Halter |

A Register of Merit is an award given by the parent association, AQHA (American Quarter Horse Association). This award forms part of the horse's showing record and a certificate is awarded. The below horses won their ROM in Amateur Halter during 2008.
Halter Register of Merit - Awarded in Open, Amateur and Youth Divisions to a horse that achieve 10 points in each division in performance events (non Halter) under the same ownership.
If your horse has achieved this award, can you let us know, unfortunately the AQHA does not let us have this information, the only way we can publicise is if you tell us!

Free Classified Advertising for Members |

AQHA UK is pleased to announce that online classified advertising (horses for sale, tack, clothing) is now FREE to current MEMBERS of AQHA.UK. This service also includes one photo. Adverts and photos (in jpeg format) should should be emailed to John Parsons as usual, along with your membership number and expiry date. The rates for non members remain unchanged, namely £30 wording only or £50 which includes a photo.
