2009 FEI European Championship Reining in Germany
For the first time
plus EC for Junior and Young Riders
October 7-11, 2009, Kreuth (Oberpfalz)/ Germany
The 2009 FEI European Championship Reining is
scheduled for October 7 to 11, 2009. The event is organized by NRHA Germany at
the beautiful Kreuth facility (close to Nuremberg, Germany). The facility which
offers excellent conditions especially for western shows is one of the most
beautiful and renowned show facilities in Europe with major international
events. It is the first time that an FEI European Championship Reining comes to
Germany. And this event will be another milestone in the history of reining as
it includes the first European Championship for junior and young riders ever.
„NRHA Germany is really honoured and proud to
be able to organize this renowned event,“ says Kay Wienrich, NRHA Germany
president and coach of the German team.
“And a very special thing is the first EC for young and junior riders. Kreuth
should be an excellent chance of preparing for the WEG in Kentucky as well.”
The first FEI European Championship Reining was organized in Italy in
2003. Since then, this event
unites European reiners every two years.
